Order & Payment

1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Select your favorite item you want, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@styleuxe.shop . As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help you.

Shipping & Delivery

1. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United Kingdom.

2. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom .

3. What is the total delivery time for my order?
The total delivery time is 3 to 7 business days , consisting of:

  • Processing time: 1– 2 business days
  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days

4. What is the cut-off time?
Our daily order time is 5:00 PM . Orders placed before this time on weekdays will be processed the same day.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an email with a track & trace number so you can track your package.

Returns

1. What is your return policy?
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return items within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to register your return.

2. How do I return an item?
Send an email to info@styleuxe.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We will then send you the return instructions.
